The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, even assisting us with arranging taxis for our travels around the city. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver, allowing us to freshen up our clothes after a long day of exploring. the washing machine in the apartment was a convenient touch, making it easy for us to do laundry without having to seek out a laundromat. Overall, the hotel exceeded my high expectations in every way possible and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Scotland.
